I'm assuming you are referring to letting the video finish loading before you play it.
Yes, I normally do let it finish loading. Especially for 9 or 10 minute long videos, if you play them immediately, the video will be more prone to errors (such as the voice speeding faster than the video or the video freezing or skipping) than if you just wait a minute for the video to load.
