With Pence on the DL, does Braun have a clear path to NL Rookie of the Year?

Their stats were quite similar before today's games, and now it seems like Braun's biggest competition is gone. In the NL, the only other rookie that I think might have a chance is Tulowitzki from Colorado, but his stats are lower, though his defense seems to be better than Braun's defense. (At least, that's what I think from the few games I've seen of his.)

However, considering what Braun has done in so little time, is he on pace to win the honor this year? With Pence on the DL, does Braun have a clear path to NL Rookie of the Year?
i think lincecum has a good chance of winning he won today pitched a good gameWith Pence on the DL, does Braun have a clear path to NL Rookie of the Year?
I don't think even Pence had a chance against Braun. Braun had 15 Homers, 42 RBI, .338 AVG, and 8 SB with 200 At Bats, thats insane, an average season is around 600 at bats. So multiply those numbers by 3, That's could be Triple Crown Worthy.
I was dissappointed to see Pence go down, but he will be back as a strong player for years to come. Linsecum is a great young pitcher, but he plays for a terrible team. They cannot give him the run support to win games, and no pitcher will win rookie of the year with a 5-15 record (just throwing numbers out there, not trying to be accurate with that). Tulowitzki is playing really strong, and he has a shot at it, BUT he plays for Colorado, and NOBODY watches them outside of Denver.

With all said, the answer is yes, Braun will win it if he keeps playing like he is and doesn't get injured. I'm excited about baseball b/c there is alot of great young talent coming up recently.
how about Tim Lincecum??
Braun is freakin awesome

Hes so winnin it
